The Lunar Layer Cake is an exploration of cycles and rhythms related to the Moon. It’s also an invitation to connect with the complete feminine energy of a natural cycle, from dream seeds, to emergence, through full blossom to release and rest. Years of studying lunar energies taught me how to work with the rhythm and flow of my own energy. I found that studying the astronomy of lunar cycles opened the portal to a different experience of time. Instead of linear time filled with pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and depletion, I discovered a cyclical sense of time that’s graceful, forgiving, and generous. It’s a circle of time that returns each ending to another beginning, full of promise. I created The Lunar Layer Cake to share my favorite elements of lunar cycles and to begin changing the world’s conversation about time.
